The thing that really sets these apart is the little crystal-style handles on the lids - they give the jars a completely different look from your standard storage containers. Much more classy and they wouldn't look out of place on a kitchen counter or in a display. The plastic is clear so you can see what's inside at a glance. If I'm being picky, the only thing that could make them even better would be if they were glass rather than plastic, but honestly that's just me being fussy - they're great as they are.
